Traditional writers block revolves around staring at a “blank page”, this being 2021 I guess the current version would be a crisp white screen with a flashing cursor. I’ve chased it away with these few words so I guess I’m on a roll.
My hope with this site/blog/photo essay is to create a shareable memory of my preparation for and journal of my travels around the country (world?), post retirement, and hopefully post COVID.
Why do this?
- Why not? I’ve been keeping a written journal for some time now and this seems like a more efficient but perhaps less tactile way to arrive with the same results in a multimedia fashion.
- Because I’d like to share with friends and family along the way.
So if you’re interested in travel, RVs, E-bikes and other gear related subjects, pull up a chair around the fire and I’ll save you a cookie!
